Fair Use Policy

What's included in your plan

Note: Unused interactions don't roll over to the next month. Each billing period starts fresh.

What counts as an interaction?

An interaction is a back-and-forth exchange with PowerCoach. When you ask a question or request a program, that's one interaction. PowerCoach's response is included in that same interaction.

Things that count:

• Asking PowerCoach to create or modify a program
• Getting exercise recommendations
• Asking training questions
• Program analysis and suggestions

Things that don't count:

• Browsing programs in the library
• Logging your workouts
• Viewing your progress and analytics
• Editing programs manually

What we consider abuse

We trust our users. But to be clear, here's what falls outside fair use:

• Automated access: Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with PowerCoach
• Account sharing: Sharing your account with multiple people (each lifter needs their own account for accurate tracking anyway)
• Reselling: Using your account to provide AI-generated content as a commercial service to others
• Circumvention: Creating multiple accounts to bypass limits
• Extraction: Systematically extracting data or content from PowerCoach responses for use elsewhere

What happens if you exceed fair use

We're not here to play gotcha. Here's our approach:

1. Friendly heads up: If we notice unusual usage patterns, we'll reach out to understand what's going on. Often there's a simple explanation.
2. Find a solution: If you genuinely need more, we'll work with you. Maybe you need a higher tier, or maybe there's a use case we should support better.
3. Last resort: For clear abuse (bots, reselling, etc.), we reserve the right to limit or suspend access. But we'll always communicate first unless the abuse is egregious.

Changes to this policy

As Yuge grows and AI costs evolve, we may update this policy. If we make significant changes that affect your plan:

• We'll give you at least 30 days notice
• We'll explain what's changing and why
• Lifetime deal holders will be grandfathered at their original limits unless they're engaging in abuse

The spirit of this policy

We're lifters building tools for lifters. We're not trying to nickel-and-dime you or create gotcha moments. The limits exist because AI costs money to run, and we want Yuge to be around for the long haul.

If you're using PowerCoach to get stronger, you're using it right. That's all we ask.
